Group HR Manager Up to £60,000 plus benefits North Northamptonshire - On site Permanent & Full TimeSF Recruitment is collaborating exclusively with our client, a market leader in their sector with approximately 600 employees, to recruit a Group HR Manager. You will oversee all operational and strategic HR functions and will play a crucial part in aligning HR strategies with business goals, whilst promoting a positive & collaborative culture and leading a team of 3 made up of HR generalists and L&D. You will continue implementing some current projects but also focus on new ones such as implementing a new HRIS. We are seeking a true leader who thrives on fostering collaboration in all aspects of their work. Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills are key to success in this role. Proven experience in a similar capacity is essential, along with CIPD qualification. A background in blue-collar HR is highly desirable.
