About You
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Cluster Head Chef in a multi-site operation or a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage teams across multiple locations.
- A creative approach to menu planning and the ability to cater for a variety of dining styles, from high-volume banqueting to bespoke la carte.
- Excellent financial acumen, with a track record of achieving budgetary targets and maintaining food cost controls.
- A hands-on attitude and the ability to adapt to the demands of a busy and varied operation.
