Reed HR have partnered with a fantastic organisation in Kent who are seeking a dedicated HR Manager/Director to provide exceptional HR and People services across all staffing groups. This role involves managing HR-related processes, policies, and procedures, contributing to strategic direction, and securing the commitment of key stakeholders. The HR Manager/Director will lead change and modernisation efforts, working collaboratively with senior leadership and external providers.
Day-to-Day of the Role:- Manage all HR processes ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practices.
- Lead the recruitment and induction processes, ensuring a supportive and compliant journey for all candidates.
- Line manage the HR team, providing support and professional development opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external providers, including payroll and training services.
- Advise on employment law and ensure policies are up-to-date and effectively implemented.
- Support the strategic development of HR functions in alignment with organisational goals.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS disclosure or registration with the update service.
- Minimum CIPD Level 5 preferred, conversant with UK GDPR.
- Strong experience in HR management, particularly in leading change within an HR environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with intermediate to advanced skills.
- Experience in data analysis and managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive information.
