Ashley Kate are excited to be working with a leading name in the professional services sector who have a new opportunity for a Performance Senior Manager to join them during a period of exciting change on a 18 month FTC. Our client are a global business who are growing! They boast a number of modern offices across the UK, adding to their worldwide presence. This role will be hybrid, based from either their Sheffield or Edinburgh office with some travel to London.
This role will support a company wide People change programme, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on shaping the performance strategy for the business.
You will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of a refreshed performance management process across all areas of the business, bringing a new and innovative approach to embed a high performance culture inline with the overall people strategy.
*Work with wider business and senior leadership team to build an understanding of current gaps and areas of improvements across the performance process, listening to requirements, ideas and encouraging and fostering collaboration.
*Driving the development of a consistent approach to providing feedback across the business to ensure continuous improvement.
*Support and engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth lines of communication during change process
*Working with relevant teams to establish key metrics and reporting requirements for the new performance approach
*Embedding DEIB and wellbeing elements to ensure integrated into the new performance approach
The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR Change Management and leading in Performance strategy development, this is essential, ideally within a large or global business. You will posses strong project management skills, have a collaborative approach and be CIPD qualified.
