Julie Rose Recruitment are seeking an Administrator to join their client in Sidcup. This role would suit a bright A level school leaver, graduate or someone looking to gain office experience (coming from a retail background).  Full training will be given and there is a good career path within the company.

The company is a leading consultancy that offer a friendly, sociable work environment and provide free onsite parking.

Duties for the Administrator:

  • To provide administrative support to the team
  • Data entry using internet based and in-house software systems
  • Assist in case administration and the management of claims
  • Document preparation using Microsoft packages
  • Photocopying, filing and scanning

Person specification for the Administrator:

  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Strong written, verbal and numeracy skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Friendly and helpful with the ability to work in a team

Hours: 8.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday

This role is a full-time, permanent position.  The salary range reflects the candidate's age and level of experience. The higher end is for candidates who are aged 21 and over working a 35 hour week.
