Role: Teaching Assistant (Sports Graduate)
Salary: 83 - 95 per day
Contract: Long-Term Temporary with potential for permanency
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in providing one-on-one and small group support to children with SEMH needs, helping them develop self-regulation and behavioural skills.
Use your background in sports to encourage teamwork, confidence, and resilience among students.
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a structured and engaging learning environment.
Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviours in a calm and proactive manner.
Inspire students by acting as a positive role model and promoting physical and emotional well-being.
