Job Title: Secondary School Student Services Administrator

Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Services Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing efficient student services, working closely with students, parents, and schools to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confidently liaise with students, parents, and school staff, providing excellent customer service.
  • Provide both strategic and operational management of the school's Management Information System (MIS) and data handling processes.
  • Set up and maintain the school's internal database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, governors, and trustees by delivering performance data across the school.
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders such as attendance officers, HR staff, and examinations officers.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner, with great attention to detail, while meeting administrative deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within a school environment.
  • Knowledge of school administration and data management systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of dealing with diverse stakeholders.
  • A valid DBS on the DBS update service, or a willingness to apply for one.
