Amour Recruitment is seeking a Facilities & Compliance Assistant for a growing company in Nursling.
The role involves assisting the manager with administration, supplier interactions, audit preparations, and compliance documentation.
Candidates should have experience in Compliance (ISO/Quality/H&S) or Facilities control, along with strong administration skills.
The position requires a confident personality and prior experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
The job offers a salary of circa £30,000 and includes benefits such as free parking, 30 days holiday, and a pension scheme.

Amour Recruitment is working exclusively for a great company who due to growth has a new vacancy for a Facilities & Compliance Assistant reporting into the Manager based in Nursling.

Key responsibilities:

·Assist the manager with general administration

·Dealing with suppliers & contractors

·Assist in the preparation for audits

·Prepare and keep on top of compliance documents

·Assist in compliance checks.

Personal requirements:

·Understanding of either Compliance (ISO/Quality/H&S) or Facilities control is a must

·Confident personality

·Excellent administration skills are essential

·Experience of working in a warehouse environment would be a strong advantage.

Hours: Monday to Friday 0830-1730

Salary: circa £30,000
