Description
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Processing invoices and expense forms
- Maintaining the petty cash system
- Performing credit control duties
- Assisting with budget preparation
- Ensuring financial records are kept up to date
- Exposure to Payroll.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Experience in a similar role previously
- Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software. SAGE preferred but not essential.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
