- My client is a leading regional main contractor focused on New Build, Refurbishment & Fit Out projects in the North West.
- They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee a new build Health Care project starting in January 2025 in the North Merseyside area.
- The role involves full oversight of a multi-story RC & Steel frame construction, from site establishment to handover.
- Candidates must have demonstrable experience in delivering new build projects in the UK, overseeing all specified packages.
- The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, with a competitive salary of £65,000 to £75,000.
As Project manager you will be responsible for the full oversight of a new build multi story RC & Steel frame construction from site establishment through to handover. You will be responsible for overseeing; groundworks, piling, R/C & Steel frame structures, cladding and MEP and Interior fit out
You must have demonstrable experience delivering new build projects from site set up through to completion overseeing all packages outlined above in the UK.
