Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks
  • Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets
  • Utilise advanced Excel skills to create and manage complex reports and data analysis
  • Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with the preparation of financial and operational reports
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data processes and improve efficiency
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role
  • Exceptional Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
