We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team and help achieve ambitious sales targets.  The role will be predominantly office based from our client’s site in Teesside.RoleIncrease Profitable Sales: Drive sales growth by providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing customersBuild Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.Negotiate Deals: Effectively negotiate deals and contracts with customers to achieve individual and group sales targets through the successful promotion of products and services.Seek New Opportunities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online platforms such as LinkedIn.Handle Sales Calls: Manage potential sales calls, understand customer needs, and advise on how the company can meet their specifications.Generate Quotations: Create and follow up on quotations, upselling when necessary to track and close sales.Promote Products: Present and promote company products through client meetings, sales visits, and attendance at expositions.Manage Leads: Maintain accurate records of communications with customers, ensuring accountability and effective follow-up.Account Management: Manage existing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service to consolidate relationships.Review Performance: Regularly review sales performance against monthly and annual targets, striving to meet and exceed these goals.Experience
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role, will suit those used to working in a dynamic and fast paced, high call volume environment.
