Full-Time. Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our vibrant team in Stoke, ST6 area. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our warehouse operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for transportation of our goods, to both customers and suppliers, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain excellent service levels.

Duties include:

- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.

- Liaise with freight carriers, couriers, and customers to arrange and track deliveries.

- Prepare and manage shipping documentation (e.g., delivery notes, labels, customs forms).

- Support the Warehouse Manager in logistics planning and stock movement between UK and EU warehouses.

- Monitor logistics performance and report issues or delays.

- Assist with picking and packing

- Unload deliveries, inspect stock, and update inventory systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a logistics/ transport or similar role is essential
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication Skills- Ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders, including couriers and customers
  • Organisational Skills
  • Team Player Attitude
  • Computer literate- Able to use CRM system and Excel
  • A hands on approach, to support with problem solving
