Our client is a national leader in heating and hot water solutions, as a Contract Administrator. 

We are dedicated to providing high-quality, energy-efficient solutions with a focus on safety, integrity, and respect. This role is ideal for a diligent, detail-focused professional who excels in communication and multitasking.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Plan and distribute the daily work schedules for Engineers

  • Ensure accurate and timely data dissemination.
  • Maintain up-to-date records using appropriate mediums.
  • Liaise with other Contracts Administrators and Supervisors to ensure smooth operation.
  • Handle phone calls from both clients and tenants, providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally in the housing, premises, or facilities management sector.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office packages, IT systems, and databases.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
  • A friendly and professional attitude to foster good relationships with Engineers, Tenants, and Clients.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to develop and progress within the company.
