This is a highly expert team of childcare solicitors, dealing with a wide range of issues and regularly appearing in the high court in public and private law proceedings. It is often instructed by professional guardians to act in the most serious and complex cases.

It is now seeking a childcare solicitor to handle a range of matters, to include children issues and disputes, care proceedings, adoption and surrogacy. You will handle an existing caseload of matters and must be able to work free of significant supervision.

To be considered for this childcare solicitor role, you must have experience of running your own childcare matters from instruction through to completion.
