This Plot Sales Lawyer job requires:- A full understanding of the ins and outs of plot sales
- A no-nonsense, proactive approach to tackling the details of plot sales work
- Ability to communicate directly and effectively with developers, potential buyers, etc.
- A willingness to build and maintain relationships with developers
- Senior paralegals or legal executives experienced in plot sales
- Someone experienced in residential property/conveyancing who would like to pivot their career
