About the Role

As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of this renowned establishment. Your expertise in fine dining and wine pairings will elevate the experience for discerning guests. You will collaborate closely with the Chef/Patron and team to uphold the highest standards of service while curating a world-class dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the front-of-house operations.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalised service.
  • Lead, train, and inspire the service team to maintain Michelin-level standards.
  • Develop and manage the wine program, including inventory, pairings, and tastings.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Monitor and maintain financial performance, including budgets and cost controls.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fine dining or Michelin-starred establishment.
  • Advanced wine knowledge and a strong passion for food and wine pairings (WSET Level 3 or equivalent preferred).
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • A meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
