Our client is a market leader in their sector with a long history of delivering high quality products with a customer-focused approach. As part of their ongoing growth, they are now recruiting an enthusiastic Telesales Manager to join them and help drive sales. Working as part of a team youll be contacting existing customers daily to build relationships and understand better their order profile.

Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and ensure they remain their supplier of choice.

Order Generation: Proactively make outbound calls to existing customers to secure new orders and repeat business.

Special Offers & Promotions: Inform customers of current promotions and special offers to increase sales and offer tailored solutions to their needs.

Sales Strategy: Leverage every interaction to maximize order value, cross-sell products, and encourage repeat business.

Customer Feedback: Gather insights from customers to help improve products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.

What do you need
We are looking for someone with excellent verbal communication skills and a customer orientated approach who is able to build a rapport over the phone. Youll be highly motivated, and results driven and strive to hit and exceed targets. Strong time management and organisation skills will enable you to manage customer accounts effectively all underpinned by a genuine desire to provide exceptional service and become the go to supplier for your customers.
