Salary: 22,000 to 24,000 (plus monthly bonus)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Due to recent growth, my client is looking to increase their sales team at their Wednesbury site. The main focus for this position will be to increase the profitability of the department. If you are proactive and a driven individual who can seek opportunities and close a sale then this could be the role for you! Experience in the automotive industry is required, especially within the mobility sector.
You will need a genuine passion for customer service, ability to show empathy, build rapport, can problem solve and seek solutions, to help their customers regain their independence and assist them throughout their purchase. Offering advice on specialised adaptation solutions and managing their vehicle movement to and from Car dealerships within the local area.
Main responsibilities of the Parts Advisor/ Adaptations Specialist:
o Respond to all incoming customer enquiries via email or over the phone within an agreed timescale
o Proactively contact existing customers to offer new products and services
o Promote the Sirus brand at exhibitions around the UK - exciting opportunity to meet suppliers and customers face to face.
o Build rapport/fact find what our customers' requirements are then offer solutions based on their specific needs
o Arrange Adaptation demonstrations
o Follow up on all demonstrations creating a personalised quotation/order using Sage 200
o Update CRM system with all customer details/contact
o Assist team members to ensure that all team targets are achieved
Experience required for the Parts Advisor/ Adaptations Specialist:
o Experience in automotive or dealership environment is beneficial.
o Experience of dealing with Customers both face to face and over the telephone
o Good communication skills both written and verbal
o Creative and innovative thinking
o Attention to detail
o Team player
o Problem solving/adaptability
o Ability to plan and organise diaries
o Target focussed (proven results)
o Clean UK Driving License
