Our client, a well-established, highly reputable, global organisation in East Northamptonshire providing high quality technical solutions and services are seeking a Global Accounting Manager to join their finance team in their Northamptonshire office. The role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting activities in several business entities within the organisation and managing the UK finance team.

As the Global Accounting Manager your responsibilities will include:

Monthly financial reporting
Manage audit processes and be point of contact for related queries
Review business practices and identify any potential areas for improvement
Manage a senior team of finance professionals and ensure effective communication across the board
Work closely with the CFO, adhering to company values and timescales

For this position we are looking for someone who has strong business partnering skills, with strong attention to detail and clear and confident communication skills.Ideally someone who has worked in a fast paced, global organisation with multiple entities and sites. This person will be highly IT literate with confident communication skills as you will be tasked with working alongside senior stakeholders in the organisation. Someone who has the ability to commit to the values that the organisation promotes and is proud to promote and represent their organisation to key stakeholders.

This individual will also be self-motivated and pro-active, with the ability to work towards business deadlines. Someone who will be able to demonstrate how they can maintain and nurture relationships across the organisation. We are ideally looking for someone who is ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified and someone who can lead a team of finance professionals whilst effectively managing their own responsibilities.This role also comes with excellent benefits.
