As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to:
• Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services.
• Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
• Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients.
Candidate:
• Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a security, construction and/or fencing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Confidence in picking the phone up and making cold calls.
