Ashley Kate are supporting our Education client in the Wigan area whilst they go through a period of change. For that reason they seek a temporary HR Manager to support for potentially up to 3 months (approx 29 hours per week).

Our client are going through a change process, restructure and implementing a new HR system. Joining a team of 3 the Temporary HR Manager will support the day to day business as usual HR processes, working closely with staff and managers.

The role will involve management of 2 Junior teams members, leading in the employee lifecycle, D&G, absence and performance management, and supporting with payroll.

The ideal candidate will have a generalist background, ideally within a similar sector to support a quick a smooth transition into the role. They will also have experience in change projects, restructure and consultations, and have exposure to new systems implementations.
