This is an exciting opportunity to support the current team and make a real impact in the thriving property sales and lettings division.As a Property Consultant, you will play a key role in managing sales and lettings, conducting valuations, and progressing sales. You’ll provide expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate the property market with ease. Your ability to handle multiple tasks and manage relationships with clients, landlords, and buyers will be essential in driving the success of the business and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Lettings:

  • Manage sales and lettings processes from initial enquiry to completion.
  • Advise clients on property prices, trends, and market conditions.
  • Organise and attend viewings, ensuring properties are presented to the highest standard.
  • Negotiate and close deals for both sales and lettings transactions.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience, building relationships with both buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors.

Valuations:

  • Conduct property valuations for both sales and lettings.
  • Provide accurate market appraisals and pricing advice.
  • Ensure properties are marketed effectively and are in line with market conditions.

Sales Progression:

  • Manage the progression of sales from offer acceptance through to completion.
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other parties to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Update clients regularly on the status of their sale or purchase.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the progression process to ensure sales are successfully completed.

Team Support & Growth:

  • Support the team in achieving business goals and targets.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Participate in business development and marketing activities to increase the company’s visibility.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in property sales, lettings, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a busy workload.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in property valuations and sales progression is highly desirable.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
