The CMA HR Division are excited to be working with a prestigious international organisation based near Winchester, Hampshire to recruit a HR Manager into a new permanent role.

Currently looking to reduce their external HR support and bring HR in-house the business is going through an exciting period of change and the HR Manager will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service, implementing new processes and policies and driving the people strategy alongside the CEO to bring cultural change and drive performance .

What will HR Manager role involve?

  • Develop and implement policies on issues including working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
  • Talent identification, attraction and development, and driving activity which allows succession planning.
  • Implement a continuous improvement agenda with focus on engagement and welfare activities, maximising productivity, devolving HR responsibilities to line managers and building leadership capability.
  • Form a strong company culture, so that company values are displayed across the business.
  • Review and enhance the reward and recognition incentives.

Suitable Candidate for HR Manager vacancy:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in a HR generalist role and exposure to implementing new policies.
  • Excellent work ethic, approachable personality with a pro active approach and flexible nature.
  • Comfortable working autonomously.
