Role Overview: As a Client Manager, you will take on a crucial role in overseeing client relationships and delivering tailored accounting and financial solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass managing a portfolio of clients, providing expert guidance, and ensuring the highest level of client service. This position offers the chance to lead, mentor, and collaborate while contributing to the growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their accounting and financial needs.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, gaining an in-depth understanding of their business operations and goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on accounting, tax, and financial planning to address clients' unique requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant reports.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and tax laws to provide relevant insights to clients.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance, training, and fostering growth.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and expansion of services within the client base.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Substantial experience (X+ years) in a client-facing role within an accountancy practice.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate team members.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
