Finance Business Partner

A hugely successful, rapidly growing services business in Woking is looking for a Finance Business Partner to act as finance liaison and subject matter expert for a large segment of their client base.

The company is on a journey of digital transformation, automation and process improvements, and is seeking a passionate, customer-centric, agile individual who can help deliver their vision of a Best-in-Class customer experience.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Support team with monthly trading statement / invoice generation; prepare monthly reports and invoices.
• Manage all monthly Budget vs Actuals reporting, approvals and submissions, present to clients and address queries.
• Provide financial support to Operations Managers and Regional Directors on budgets and trading reports.
• Work in collaboration with the Management Accountants to ensure accuracy and completeness of monthly revenue.
• Assist Credit Control with resolving invoicing queries.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• Background in transactional finance with exposure to month end reporting and a solid understanding of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).
• Strong communicator with a positive, customer-focused mindset who can confidently present to and manage numerous stakeholders.
• Capable of dealing with high volume / low complexity workload, large data sets, and heavily manual processes.
• Competent Excel user including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and pivot tables.
