- Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Inspire kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes with consistency.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet established standards.
- Assist with menu planning, inventory control, and ordering of ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate junior kitchen staff to ensure their development.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role, ideally in high-end hotel or restaurant settings.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Passion for food and creativity in menu design and presentation.
- Professional culinary qualifications or equivalent experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
