Our fantastic client are seeking a highly organised and analytical Junior Bid Manager to support their continued growth. Reporting to the Partnerships Manager and working closely with the Commercial team, the successful candidate will manage multiple bids, ensuring deadlines are met and opportunities are maximised. This is an office based role in Wokingham, Berkshire with an excellent salary of between £38,000 and £42,000 OTE.

Key responsibilities for the Junior Bid Manager role include:

  • Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities using their online portal.
  • Leading and coordinating the bid management process.
  • Developing compelling bid content with subject matter experts.
  • Conducting post-bid analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Managing a bid library and refining bid processes.
  • Maintaining and developing a project rate card to ensure competitive pricing.

Skills & Experience for the Junior Bid Manager role:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of pricing strategies and financial analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids and prioritise tasks effectively.
