Job Title: Business Support AdministratorLocation: Various Family Hubs in WolverhamptonPay Rate: £13.26 per hourWorking Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Important: Own transport is desirable as you will be required to attend different family hubs across Wolverhampton.

What You'll Do:As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our Families Hubs and Centres. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing effective administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, handling inquiries with efficiency and care.
  • Managing the ordering of goods, stationery, and equipment, following financial procedures.
  • Supporting managers in scheduling meetings and preparing necessary materials in advance.
  • Monitoring and reconciling financial transactions to maintain accurate records.
  • Conducting regular stock checks to ensure that all service areas are well-equipped.
  • Responding to inquiries and complaints with professionalism and adherence to procedures.
