We are seeking an experienced School Administrator who is passionate and highly organised to joina local Wolverhampton School. If you have the skills then this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the school.
  • Lead and support the administrative team, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Maintain accurate student records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate and manage the admissions and enrollment processes.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of school reports, newsletters, and other communications.
  • Plan and coordinate school events, meetings, and activities.
  • Manage and update the school's databases and filing systems.
  • Liaise with parents, staff, and external stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies, regulations, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Must have an Enhanced DBS in place.
  • Proven experience as a School Administrator, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Empathy and understanding in dealing with students, parents, and staff.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
