Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the school.
- Lead and support the administrative team, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain accurate student records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate and manage the admissions and enrollment processes.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of school reports, newsletters, and other communications.
- Plan and coordinate school events, meetings, and activities.
- Manage and update the school's databases and filing systems.
- Liaise with parents, staff, and external stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Must have an Enhanced DBS in place.
- Proven experience as a School Administrator, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Empathy and understanding in dealing with students, parents, and staff.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
