We are seeking a hands on, passionate and robust Finance Director to lead the turnaround process for this business with significant potential and upside. You will be working with a highly experienced CEO and Chairman to deliver strategic guidance leading to top and bottom line growth in ready for a future PE exit.  The Role-        As number 1 in finance you will be working closely with the CEO to deliver strategic initiatives including an eventual PE exit-        Leading and developing a small finance team-        Utilising data effectively to deliver quality MI to drive commercial decision making-        Developing the monthly board pack including commentary and delivering to the rest of the board-        Ensuring a continually fit for purpose and compliant finance function during a period of growth and change-        Business partnering with non-finance to drive efficiency's across the business including pricing, product and marketing-        Providing financial models, 5 year plan, forecasts and budgets-        Managing the year end processes including leading the external audit-        Other ad-hoc duties as requiredThe Individual-        Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)-        Experience within healthcare or services is highly desirable-        Exposure to a smaller, highly agile business-        Experience of supporting a PE or VC event is highly desirable but not essential-        Hands-on, comfortable performing a variety of tasks yet able to operate strategically
