Zachary Daniels are honoured to be partnered with a charity that is very close to our hearts. Our client is seeking a truly entrepreneurial Ecommerce Manager to join their team in the Midlands. As a leading children's charity, our client are dedicated to supporting families and children across the country. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to their amazing culture.
The position of E-commerce Manager is a newly created role where you will be required to pop some basics in place and ultimately be hands on in trading the e-commerce site. You will thrive from working in small and close teams, where you can make super quick decisions to get the job done!
Day to day, the position of Ecommerce Manager will involve:
- Identify and execute an online trading strategy to accelerate performance
- Collaborate with the wider team to understand products in terms of potential ranging, pricing strategy, photography, product upload and subsequent trading
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion
- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
- Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies to drive performance
- Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
- Regularly report on performance and identify opportunities to drive performance
To be considered for the position of Ecommerce Manager, you will offer the following:
- Between 3-5 years operating at a similar level, preferably within online retail
- Proven in driving online performance through a clear strategy and execution
- Confidence in analysing data, specifically web traffic and conversion
- Confident user of Shopify and marketplaces
- Highly entrepreneurial, creative and commercial in equal measures
