Day-to-day of the role:Draft and format letters, documents, and forms, ensuring high standards of presentation and accuracy.Serve as the first point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, proactively anticipating the team's needs.Support the file opening process and assist with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.Provide proactive diary management for fee earners, ensuring efficient scheduling and organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Sound knowledge of IT systems including the full Microsoft Office suite and Teams.Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work.Strong communication and organisational skills.Experience in a client-facing environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
