We are looking to recruit a Finance Apprentice working within our Finance Team.
The successful candidate will be enrolled with the AAT to complete the full finance qualifications. In terms of salary, the apprentice minimum wage would apply for the first year (so £7.55 and hour £13,741 per annum) with a view to earning approx. £24,000 upon completion.
Primary purpose of the role is to carry out tasks supporting the Finance and Commercial function to help with the daily operation of the department.
Tasks include but not limited to: Preparing and managing daily KPIs, supporting Finance Business Partners with internal reporting such as waste analysis and production order profitability, logistics cost analysis, assisting with stock takes and subsequent reporting/follow up, helping the business with its overall SOX reporting requirements as well as month end reporting procedures. Additional admin duties maybe required on an ad hoc basis.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary as full training will be provided, however a desire to work within Finance function is essential.
- Further education/training will be offered with the role (AAT qualification)
Education and Certificates:
- Required: GCSE A-C (6+) Passes in Mathematics & English as a minimum.
- Desirable: Relevant A Levels / NVQ In Basic Accounting
