The Senior Analyst, Finance – Sales & Marketing will play a critical support role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis related to Field Sales and Marketing. This position will assist in providing data-driven insights, financial modeling, and ROI analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include assisting in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, supporting leadership in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial insights related to sales initiatives and marketing campaigns, monitoring and analyzing sales, marketing, and corporate expenses, evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies, building and maintaining financial models, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and GSC teams, assisting in streamlining financial processes, and ensuring adherence to corporate financial policies.
