APM is rapidly expanding and has laid solid foundations throughout 2023 positioning the business perfectly to double in size in 2024. We are now looking for ambitious recruitment consultants and experienced delivery team professionals who have a desire for knowledge, progression and being financially free. APM will empower anyone who joins our journey via a thirteen week induction process with 1 to 1 sessions and team training sessions ensuring you have everything you need to succeed within our industry and organisation. This particular role will be focused in one of four divisions, Renewables, IT, Critical Building Services or Manufacturing.
Your role as a Recruitment Consultant will include:
* Working directly with management and senior consultants
* Sales and division development focused role
* 40% Commission, international and watch incentives, flexi time
* Tailored training and progression plan
The role would suit a Recruitment Consultant who:
* Is confident and well educated
* Successful recruitment career within relevant industry or field
* Full 360 billing experience with reputable revenue achievements
* Commutable to Dartford
